At Stauber Furnishings, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the furniture if necessary and pack it securely in its original packaging, including all hardware and assembly instructions.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, we will coordinate a professional freight pickup for large items or provide a prepaid shipping label for smaller accessories.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned item to ensure it is in original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
